The corporate services practice renders professional services
relating to the establishment, maintenance, administration and
cessation of the appropriate entities in Antigua.
We will:
Incorporate, register and migrate companies or other entities Obtain name approval for the company Arrange to incorporate the company Advise on the Articles of Incorporation Provide an incorporator Provide a registered office address Advise the authorities of the registered office address of the company Appoint directors and a secretary to the company Arrange the first meeting of directors to complete all formation formalities Provide or procure directors to act Provide registered shareholders Issue certificates, transfers and declarations of trust for registered shareholders Arrange directors' and shareholders' meetings File for obtaining the appropriate licence Appoint bankers and open bank accounts Maintain statutory registers and records

| We will also arrange for the liquidation, emigration, remigration, or deregistration of companies or other entities which wish to cease business in Antigua. |
